In a market where a consumer's journey starts online, brands have a challenge in capturing their customers' attention, and in Timberline's case they also had to capture their imagination. Timberline's sell is quite complicated and the presence of their products online is not straight forward, with millions of combinations, of colours, sizes and products to consider.
We knew that a photorealistic configurator was key!
Timberline's stock range was significant, and web companies were stuck in their methods on how to display products without affecting web load and complicating the user journey. So we built a working configurator demo and Timberline were over the moon!
After months of reviewing and testing, we developed an efficient way to produce the many variations at almost half the cost, showcasing 5.6 million variations online, the first of it's kind to do so!
Our 3D artists worked on textures and lighting to produce photorealistic quality, our pipeline produced millions of variations all available on the one website and our creative approach has produced an immersive experience. What is truly rewarding is having our customer come back to tell us with stories of how 'My Bathroom Visualiser' has added significant value to their business. People are coming into the stores prequalified and ready to purchase!
